Before you start your trip
- Please conduct a damage check before traveling.
- Comply with the smoking ban, which also applies to all types of e-cigarettes.
- Clean up any mess you have made. If you are picking up a cambio car that is dirty, please contact the booking service at +49 421 79 466 43.
- Pets are only allowed in exceptional circumstances.
On the go
- Do not give the cambio card to others. The cambio car may only be driven by others if you are in the car. Only individuals registered as authorized drivers on your contract may drive the car alone.
At the end of the journey
- Return the cambio car to its station on time. The person who booked the car after you is relying on you!
- Always return the cambio car with at least 1/4 tank of fuel. For e-cars, always connect them to the charging station and start the charging process.
- Put the child seat back in the boot and fold back the rear seat if necessary.
- When leaving the vehicle, check that the windows and doors are closed and all lights are switched off. Put the key back in the holder in the glove compartment. You can then lock the vehicle using the app.
- You may incur costs if you violate the cambio rules.
