What makes cambio special? The strong community! Our customers play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service, which in turn helps keep our fares affordable. A few simple rules make car sharing easier for everyone. Get involved - everyone appreciates a cambio car that’s in top condition!

 

The most important rules:

  • Please perform a damage check before traveling.  
  • Adhere to the smoking ban, which applies to all types of e-cigarettes as well.  
  • Remove any dirt or soiling you have caused. If you pick up a cambio car that is dirty, please contact the booking service at +49 421 79 466 43.  
  • Pets are only allowed in exceptional cases.  
  • Do not give the cambio card to others. The cambio car may only be driven by others if you are in the car. Only individuals registered as authorized drivers on your contract may drive the car alone.  
  • Return the cambio car to its station on time. The person who booked the car after you is relying on you!  
  • Always return the cambio car with at least 1/4 tank of fuel. For e-cars, always connect them to the charging station and start the charging process.  
  • Before leaving the vehicle, ensure that the engine and all lights are off, all windows and doors are closed, and the vehicle is securely locked.  
  • You may incur costs if you violate the cambio rules.
