Complete the Corporate Framework Agreement and send it to your local cambio office.
Appoint an Administrator in the form. This person will receive login details for the my cambio portal once your company account is set up. Ready to Go – your admin manages the contract in the portal, and your team can start driving.
The designated admin manages all key functions of the corporate account via the my cambio portal – from personal data, bookings, and invoices to the trip archive. They can also add or remove employees, book safety packages, and accept changes to the terms and conditions.
Reserve cambio cars easily using the app – spontaneously or up to 365 days in advance. All the details can be found here.
Data protection is our top priority. The cambio app processes only the personal data necessary for technical functionality and billing. Your data is never used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties.
Important: Employers do not have access to their employees’ app data. The app is personalized – employees can only view their own bookings and information. Even if a smartphone is lost, data remains protected by device lock, login, and PIN. More information can be found here.
