cambio is obliged to inform you about the EU platform for online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation).
However, cambio Mobilitätsservice GmbH & Co. KG is, however, not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board designated therein.
