Our electric vehicles are charged while not in use. When making a reservation, we request the estimated distance you plan to drive so our system can calculate the necessary charging time. This eliminates the need for you to charge the vehicle during your reservation.
Upon returning, please ensure to always connect the electric car to the charging point and verify that the charging process has commenced. This ensures that the next user of the cambio car can rely on the booked range.
Here's how to initiate the charging process:
- Retrieve the charging cable from the trunk (if a permanent cable isn't installed).
- Connect the charging cable to the charging station. You will require the charging card from the on-board manual. Some cambio cars have a charging chip on the key. Use this to start the charging process.
- Open the socket flap on the electric car and plug in the charging cable.
- Verify that the electric car is indeed charging.
- Return the charging card to the on-board manual.
