Please double-check if you've followed all the steps outlined in the instructions, starting from connecting the charging cable to activating the charging process with the charging card. The most common reasons for failure are either the charging cable not being connected properly or the charging process not being activated with the charging card.
You can verify if the vehicle is charging correctly either on the dashboard and/or at the charging station.
Pro tip: Sometimes, the charging cable might seem connected but hasn't been fully inserted into the plug. Try unlocking the charging cable again and ensure it's fully inserted into the vehicle.
