First, the good news: during the booked range, you don't need to worry about charging at all.
If you drive more kilometres and need to charge while traveling, use the charging card. You can find information on this in the on-board manual or contact your office directly.
If you've ever had to pay at a charging station, please ensure to submit the receipt as a scan, photo or original to your office within three months. The amount will then be credited to one of your next invoices. For cost reasons, we kindly ask you to avoid using fast-charging stations during your trip.
