Extension:
If you're unable to return the cambio car to the station on time, you can easily extend the booking period using the cambio app.
- Scenario 1: If there is no booking after your journey, you can extend your booking at no extra cost.
- Scenario 2: If the car is already booked after your journey, extension is possible, but an additional fee of 15 euros will be charged. This fee compensates the person affected by your delay. Please inform the booking service of your delay by calling: +49 421 79 466 43
Change or Cancelation:
You have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your booking.
- Within 24 hours before the start of the booking or during the booking, a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the normal hourly rate applies.
