You can purchase credit for journeys with cambio by bank transfer or real-time transfer.
You will find our bank details on your last invoice. Please state under "Verwendungszweck": (Your customer numer) + Fahrtguthaben.
In the my cambio portal you can see the amount of your credit limit. If this is not sufficient to complete a booking, you can purchase a travel credit to increase your credit limit.
We will post your payment on the next working day (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment and inform you by e-mail as soon as your credit limit has been increased. You can then book as usual.
Our tip: Use the price calculator before you go on holiday. This allows you to check whether your credit line is sufficient for the planned journey. Buying travel credit can simplify the booking process. This also applies if you travel frequently with cambio and are not sure whether the next booking will fit within your credit limit.
Note: A travel credit can only be used for journeys with a cambio car. It can be offset against travel costs, but not against monthly fees, co-payments and other charges. A travel credit is valid for three years from the end of the year in which it was purchased and cannot be paid out in cash.
