Change or cancel:
If your booking period is less than 7 days, you can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the booking. Otherwise, half of the time price will be charged for cancellations. Retroactive cancellations are not possible.
Shortening or early return:
If the journey is ended early and the vehicle is properly locked via the app, the booking ends automatically. For the time between the automatic end of the booking and the originally booked period, we only charge 50% of the time cost.
