If you have forgotten something in the cambio car, cambio offers you the opportunity to have the car unlocked free of charge by the booking service for up to three days after returning the vehicle. If you are at the car, please call the booking service at +49 421 79 466 43. Please state the city where you are registered and your customer number. The cambio car will then be unlocked for you.
Do you need more time to return to the car? You can also have the cambio car rebooked by the booking service. The minimum booking period in this case is 60 minutes and will be charged according to your tariff.
Please note: cambio is not liable for forgotten or lost items.
