This could be due to the Bluetooth device list of the cambio car being full. Navigate to the device list through 'Phone' and delete individual paired devices from there. You should then be able to connect your device. Detailed instructions can be found in the operating manual for the respective cambio car.
An additional benefit: If you've paired your smartphone with the car radio, you can also utilize the hands-free system.
