Cancellation is possible at the end of any month with a two-week notice period. You can easily cancel your contract via the my cambio portal under ‘Vertrag → Vertragsdaten’, or send us your cancellation in writing.
You can continue using our cars until the day before the cancellation date.
Your final invoice will be issued on the 10th day of the following month. The invoice amount will be debited from your account for the last time eight days after the invoice date, after which the direct debit authorization will expire.
