We generally recommend that you plan your booking time with sufficient buffer from the outset. This will help you avoid stress in the event of unexpected delays and prevent other people from being affected by delays. Incidentally, unused time will only be charged at 50% of the regular time cost.
Extension via the app:
If the cambio car is not immediately re-booked after your use, you can conveniently extend the booking time via the app at no additional charge. Only the regular time and mileage prices will be charged.
Extension for a vehicle that has already been re-booked:
If the vehicle has been re-booked, it is not possible to extend the booking via the app. In urgent cases, please contact the telephone booking service: +49 421 79 466 43
A fee of 15€ will be charged to compensate the next person for the delay caused.
