You can reserve a car at any time, whether spontaneously or well in advance, based on what best suits your needs. We provide three convenient methods for booking:

Through the cambio-App: Easily manage your bookings on the go with our cambio app. If you've booked at an unfamiliar station, our app will guide you there.

Via the website: Log in to the my cambio portal using your username and password. Everything you need is in one place: book cars, check your journey archive, or update your contact details. It's a straightforward process!

By phone: If you don't have internet access, our booking service is available 24/7 at +49 421 79 466 43. We'll check the availability of your desired vehicle. If it's not available, we'll find an alternative. Please have the following information ready when calling:
- The city where you are registered as a customer
- Your customer number
- The desired reservation time
- Your preferred station and vehicle class
Important note: Booking, extending, or canceling by phone costs €1.00 per transaction.
Regardless of the booking method you select, please remember to specify the number of kilometers you intend to drive when making your reservation. This ensures that the cambio car has adequate charge.
If you exceed the initially specified kilometers during your journey, you'll need to recharge the car along the way.
