Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the costs of the telephone booking fee remain in effect. Retroactive cancellations are not possible.
Late return fee
Please extend your booking in good time (i.e. BEFORE the end of your booking). If you only extend after the end of your booking or do not extend at all, you will pay an increased late return fee plus double time price. You avoid fees if you book generously. Unused remaining time will be automatically cancelled if you return early and charged at 50% of the time price.
Compensation credit
If your booked cambio car is not available at the start of the booking, we will try to book a replacement vehicle of at least the same value at the same station or pay for a taxi transfer to a replacement vehicle at another location. If cambio is unable to arrange a replacement vehicle within a reasonable period of time, you will be entitled to a compensation credit.
